How Does the Affiliate Program Work?
Getting started is simple:
1. Join the Affiliate Program
Create your n8n Clouds account and register for the affiliate program from your account dashboard.
2. Get Your Referral Code and Checkout Link
Once approved, you will receive a unique referral code and a pre-filled checkout link from your affiliate dashboard. The pre-filled checkout link is the preferred way to share, as it automatically applies your referral code at checkout.
3. Share n8n Clouds
Recommend n8n Clouds through useful and relevant content. Share your pre-filled checkout link or referral code with your audience and show them how n8n Clouds can help them run and manage their automation workflows.
4. Your Audience Uses Your Link or Code
When a customer uses your pre-filled checkout link or enters your referral code during checkout and completes an eligible purchase, the referral is attributed to your affiliate account.
5. Earn Commission
Eligible commissions are initially placed on hold. Once the applicable hold period is completed and the transaction remains eligible, the commission becomes available for withdrawal.
Customer Discount
Customers who purchase using an eligible affiliate referral code or pre-filled checkout link can receive a 50% discount, according to the current affiliate program configuration.

How Much Can You Earn?
The current default commission is 10% of the discount amount.

How Are Referrals Tracked?
n8n Clouds currently uses a promo-code-based referral system.
Each affiliate receives a unique referral code and a pre-filled checkout link. Customers can use the checkout link or enter the code during checkout, allowing the eligible purchase to be attributed to the corresponding affiliate.
The current system does not depend on tracking links or cookies for referral attribution.
This means you can share your code naturally in your content without requiring your audience to click a special affiliate link.
Commission Hold Period
Eligible commissions are initially placed on hold for 30 days.
The hold period helps protect the affiliate program against refunds, cancellations, and other qualifying adjustments.
If an eligible transaction remains valid after the hold period, the commission can be approved and added to your available affiliate balance.
Commissions may be cancelled when the associated purchase is refunded, cancelled, or otherwise becomes ineligible under the program terms.
Withdraw Your Earnings
Once your approved affiliate balance reaches the minimum withdrawal threshold, you can request a payout.
The current minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT.
To receive your payout, you must provide valid payment information through the affiliate dashboard.
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 7–14 business days, although the actual processing time may vary depending on the relevant financial institution.
