1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our n8n hosting platform ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page with the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top.
2. Service Description
We provide managed hosting services for n8n workflow automation software. Our platform offers:
- Dedicated n8n instances with isolated resources
- Automated provisioning and management
- Regular backups (based on plan)
- Technical support (based on plan)
- Infrastructure maintenance and updates
Service Availability: We strive to maintain high availability of the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice.
Uptime Commitment: Service Level Agreements (SLA) vary by plan. Please refer to Section 7 for detailed uptime commitments.
3. Account Registration
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
- Use automated means to access the Service without permission
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your account is inactive for an extended period.
4. Billing & Payment
Payment Methods
We accept payment through bKash, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.
Billing Cycles
Services are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. Billing occurs at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can disable auto-renewal from your account dashboard.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers on all subscription plans. For complete details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund for first-time customers if requested within 30 days of initial purchase.
- Cancellations: Service remains active until end of billing period. No refund for unused time after the 30-day guarantee period.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 1-7 business days depending on payment method (bKash: 1-3 days, Cards: 5-7 days, Bank Transfer: 3-5 days).
Failed Payments
If payment fails:
- You will receive email notification immediately
- You have 7 days to update payment information
- Your account will be temporarily suspended after 7 days
- Your instance will be terminated after 14 days of non-payment
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at the current price until the end of the billing period.
5. Service Usage
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content and workflows you create using the Service.
Resource Limits
Each plan includes specific resource allocations (CPU, RAM, storage, workflow executions). Usage beyond these limits may result in:
- Workflow execution pausing
- Performance degradation
- Requests to upgrade your plan
Fair Usage Policy
While we provide generous resource allocations, excessive usage that impacts other users or the platform may result in account review and potential service limitations.
Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to:
- Host, distribute, or link to malicious software or content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Engage in phishing or fraudulent activities
- Store or transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Mine cryptocurrency without explicit permission
- Launch attacks or penetration testing on third parties
6. Data & Privacy
Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data, workflows, and content you create using the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
Data Storage and Security
- All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS
- Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard methods
- We implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access
- Regular security audits and updates are performed
Backup Responsibilities
- Professional & Enterprise Plans: Automated backups included
- Starter Plans: Manual export recommended
- We recommend maintaining your own backup copies of critical workflows
Data Retention
Upon account cancellation:
- You have 30 days to export your data
- After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted from our systems
- Backups may be retained for up to 30 days for recovery
Privacy Compliance
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR where applicable.
7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Uptime Guarantees
- Starter Plan: 99.9% monthly uptime
- Professional Plan: 99.9% monthly uptime
- Business Plan: 99.9% monthly uptime
- Enterprise Plan: 99.99% monthly uptime with priority support
Scheduled Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations. We will provide at least 48 hours notice for planned maintenance and will schedule during low-usage periods when possible.
Compensation for Downtime
If we fail to meet our uptime commitment:
- 99.0% - 99.5%: 10% service credit
- 95.0% - 99.0%: 25% service credit
- Below 95.0%: 50% service credit
Service credits must be requested within 30 days and will be applied to your next billing cycle.
8. Intellectual Property
n8n Software License
n8n is open-source software licensed under the Apache 2.0 or n8n.io Enterprise License. Your use of n8n through our Service is subject to the applicable n8n license terms.
Platform Rights
The hosting platform, infrastructure, and our proprietary software are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our platform.
User Content Rights
You retain all rights to workflows, data, and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
Service "As-Is"
The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Business interruption or system failures
- Damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
10. Termination
User Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Service remains active until the end of the billing period
- No refund for the current billing period (except 30-day money-back guarantee)
- Auto-renewal will be disabled
- You have 30 days to export your data
Service Suspension
We may suspend your account if:
- Payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days
- You violate these Terms & Conditions
- Your account is involved in suspicious or illegal activity
- We receive a legal request to do so
Data Export
Upon termination, you have 30 days to:
- Export all workflows and data
- Download backups (if available)
- Request data deletion confirmation
Post-Termination Obligations
After termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
11. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Dispute Resolution Process
Before filing any legal claim:
- Contact our support team to resolve the issue informally
- Allow 30 days for good faith negotiations to resolve the dispute
- If unresolved, disputes may proceed to arbitration or court
